It's Lisette. Push Harder is a program i started to help my students work towards a healthier life. I strive to give you a complete workout while engaging you and bringing the best out of you. Don't worry. You will enjoy it. We have an amazing time! I work on each of you individually. I want to see you exceed your expectations. You aren't just another number in my class your are a person with a goal, a journey. A journey I get to take with you, motivating you to do your best. Come try a class with me.
