Zumba: Combines traditional Latin dance styles, including salsa, mambo, cha-cha, cumbia and merengue, as well as hip-hop and belly dancing moves, depending on the instructor’s preferences.


BLAST: Experience this complete body workout utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometric, and Endurance


Ab Blast: Each movement tightens, tapers, and strengthens your mid-section. ***Please bring a yoga mat to this class***


Brazilian Booty Blast: This class will make you sweat and sculpt that Booty. You will love this class if you want to tone and sculpt those problem areas!!!


Xtreme Kick Cardio: a non-contact workout that includes both cardio and strength training routines in an energizing environment. It incorporates kicks, jabs, hooks and uppercuts to improve overall agility and power.


Hip Hop Fitness: Basic Hip Hop Choreography to upbeat music. The class is high energy with lots of repetition. Beginning style movement and choreography.

Lap Dance Lovelies: A class that focuses on sexy dance moves and easy to learn chair routines with tricks to seduce
Video Vixen: A sexy dance class that combines choreography and cardio. Learn sexy moves from popular dance videos.
Booty Bounce: Learn to shake it and pop it. Drop it like its hot. Master muscle control stamina and lift & tone the booty.

Caribbean Twist: Imagine yourself in the islands dancing the night away at our newest Caribbean class!!! We are offering the hottest and hippest Caribbean themed class you will find. Tone it up and feel the burn in an island atmosphere with hot reggae, soca, calypso, dancehall, and many more Caribbean rhythms as you dance yourself fit!


POW! Boot Camp W/ R. Lisette: POW!  is a special four-week indoor program created by R. Lisette. POW! includes premium fitness instruction,  nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor R. Lisette. Each session will be one hour in length, with an additional 15 minute cool down / stretch & 15 minutes of nutritional overview.
